Yeah every time I get on Discord and stream it for friends they just laugh at it, which isn't helped by me playing into the bit and screaming at Nathan. I do think the game's absurdity is funny, but it also has an earnest heart to it and is refreshingly simple in its gameplay.

E33 is totally the GOAT of RPGs tho, as long as you ignore the grossly-imbalanced and bloated combat, the bad lip syncing, the failed attempts at humor, the story's late stumbles, the sore thumbs on the soundtrack, and the weird relationship mechanic that didn't need to be there.

Yeah I definitely think I'll check it out, after I finished Ghost of Yotei and then get to the ending of Hades II and play that copy of Once Upon a Katamari I pre-ordered and also maybe finally get around to playing Baby Steps.

Yeah, it definitely feels like the sum of its parts to me. The main reason I feel like I want to turn it on again is purely the amount of conversation happening rather than what I've felt/experienced in the game.
