You know how it's #Salesforce - one word, lower case f? It's the same for #Agentforce - one word, lowercase f. It's not AgentForce, and it's not Agent Force. I'm not on the Salesforce branding team but the inconsistency of the way people are writing it is making my eye twitch. 🤨

I had to watch a second courtroom drama yesterday to offset the half star for Juror #2 on my @letterboxd.social journal. I am really enjoying my recent foray into Billy Wilder movies.

If we're going to be doing #Agentforce we need to be clear in how we talk about "agents." Service Cloud documentation now references both types of agents - human and AI - without qualification. Working on projects involving both types - we need to enforce putting the qualifier in front of the word.

Sad to say that Gladiator II was a disappointment. 😢 The original Gladiator is one of my favorite movies. They tried too hard to follow the same formula (the beginning of the movie is almost play-for-play) and once the sharks showed up in the Colosseum that was the last straw. 🦈

Great session on #Salesforce #Agentforce Implementation Readiness last week in Chicago. Learning Agentforce requires layers and exposure - you aren't going to understand everything all at once. I recommend that you take advantage of any hands-on training and webinars on top of any #Trailhead modules
