Prankster helps it a lot! Prankster gives priority to status moves meaning it can use stuff like Tailwind, taunt, haze, quash, before most other Pokémon can move. It's a good support option in formats with a lower power level.

I love how easy it is to find Eeveelution cards right now. With everyone ripping open Chinese lately everyone just take their bulk cards to card shops :p
