This is, by definition, a sign and popular motto of cultism across history. Rejection of everything but your own ideals, growing a community built on "we are the sane/right ones, they are the vile ones". This, ironically, is how fascists talk about their following, as do the members of the group.

It's important to note that, as with anything new and exciting, there's a "honeymoon period" before it settles into what it'll generally be for a while.
I implore people not to see Bluesky as some magical escape from Twitter culture, as everyone is creating the same culture here as we speak.

What went down is you guys supported a genocide and tried to pander to fascists and rich people so you got your ass handed to you in elections.
I don’t even know why I stopped using this in the first place? Good GOD it’s nice to be in a digital space with other real human beings.

I think people might be surprised by this, but Trump's 2024 campaign was a very, very moderate campaign this time around and had used a lot fewer extremisms than in 2016/20.
In fact, a lot of what he said was very reminiscent of Obama 2008's campaign, who was a moderate Democrat.
