Of course there’s always exceptions to rule re: Aus summers, but it’s safe to say it’s a tough time energetically. I always find my productivity peaks after the harvests, as we enter Winter. It’s when I can exhale and create, in a more soothing influence.

The seasonal factors, 100%! Australian summers are not restorative, fertile, abundant etc (ie - the traditional energies of a NoHem summer). It’s dry, hot, barren, exhausting. Add to that the ‘break’ - school hols, xmas, pressure to take advantage of the ‘time off’ - and we’re all buggered by Jan!
