How do you Kickstart your emotions when you're anxiety/depression are in high gear? I'm so chemically unbalanced in those moments that I can't feel love, joy, sadness, anger... anyone know how to manage those kind of episodes in the moment without medication?

The fact that I (my physical self) will still have to die even if I'm able to upload my brain to infinitely live sucks. My upload is only a copy and my original self won't get to experience the future/forever. Kinda wack.

Even with everything in my life that's happened and currently still happening, I sometimes feel like I never got the chance to grow up. Some days I feel like I never got enough time to be young.

2024 YR4 is estimated to have a 50 mile diameter of destruction. If 2024 YR4 were to hit the center of my city, more specifically, the center of 410, it's would probably wipe us all out. 410 is about 16 miles across. Bigger than a whole major city. Cool

Today is the day that I realize that my body and brain have been trying, for years, to tell me I'm overestimated if leave my house more than once a day. Errands/tasks must be done in a single outing. That's why I dread having to leave my home twice in a single day.
