The world has been such a flaming pile of garbage since November that my regular depression took so much of my energy that I couldn’t even focus on my seasonal depression and now it’s Spring Forward and I didn’t even complain about how dark it’s been for months once…a win is a win?

I’ve coached a whole lot of volleyball over the years but I gotta tell ya, this team is special. They played some great volleyball over the weekend in Kansas City and are coming home champs! Everyone stepped up I and loved seeing our newer faces step in and make the big plays when we needed it.
