Indigo Park Oc!

Meet Ozzie Octopus! He’s got an appetite for learning, so his section of the park is a bookstore! That didn’t end up popular, so Indigo Park slapped together a “themed” area for him as he’s fading into obscurity. Of course, nowadays he has an appetite for you.
