You bet. I’d get involved on the 10% Design Development stage and have to design the entire system from scratch then oversee the installation. Full 3D models all integrated together with other trades so you see everything from the ground up. If it were up to them they wouldn’t have fire sprinklers.

This isn’t a bad fear tbh. I had one malfunction on me boiling peanuts once and got flash steam burns on my hands and arms that hurt like a MFkr even though it didn’t look bad. Steam burns are crazy!!

Not entirely, but there are only a handful of General Contractors and Subcontractors that can supply the manpower and money needed to float them while you wait to be paid…
I could go on and on about this from first hand experience haha. Sadly.

Don’t let the shit fool you either. These things don’t create jobs at all. Sure, they’ll great a project for 500-1000 construction workers to build but they move on to the next one. After you’ll be looking at maybe 12-20 full time jobs for 1.5mil SF or data center. They pay off Local Officials.

That, and if I’m not mistaken it’s sole purpose to replace human tasks. Humans are customers as well. So less human paychecks less need for companies products. They are streamlining themselves out of business over a tech that No One Wants To Use.

I’m not a Pop Country fan and have never heard of him but just listened to some of his songs and added him to some playlists. He may lose some Pop country play but will pick up fans of good music so I’d say it’s a win for him anyway

Our Company went from installing a few hundred systems in new homes (a lot with DR Horton) to only a handful this last few months because of tariffs and not being able to get crews to show up out of fear. We are talking about legal aliens working here on visas that are scared to get kidnapped.

I am a contractor in Georgia that works for Construction Companies of all sizes and unless they literally only did a few houses or something, I or no one I know has ever heard of the company.

I’m pretty sure the business was a front because I looked them up a long time ago and they’d only pulled 1 permit in the Metro Atlanta Area and it was to replace siding on an Apartment. Building.
