I’m torn! My TWSBI vac700R is definitely the one I write with most. I love the weight and the vacuum, and it has a broader nib so it’s really bold and expressive. But for sentimental value it’s the Sailor 1911S my partner got me a few years back as a milestone birthday/coming out present.

At least law of large numbers suggests that there’s someone who gets off on that kind of misappropriation, which is oddly comforting.

I know there’s a lot going on in this thread, and this is a weird one to focus on, but I have literally had this thought. Like, that there’s someone out there who could be cumming to this and instead it’s being wasted on someone who can’t appreciate it is insult to injury.

Ah, I’m not super familiar with pilots! My first fountain pen was a metropolitan, that I still love, but I wound up getting really into TWSBIs and that derailed any further exploration, haha. What makes this one your favorite, if you don’t mind me asking?

Trying to figure out injection and prog doses with my doctor (who is rad) over the last few months has been so weird. Every check-in is basically “how’s your emotional state?” And then I gesture broadly at The Horrors public and personal and they’re like “yeah, that checks out.” Worth it, though!

I had mixed success with this kind of thing. Wound up shifting my strategy to mounting power strips to the desk itself and doing the cable management right on the underside, so everything moves together. It took some figuring out, but I ended up really happy with it.

I haven’t been able to get over “both individual tits” all day. Like, there are so many awful and ridiculous elements of this, but I literally almost laughed out loud on a work call imagining someone saying that IRL.

As someone who does say HRT is magic, it’s not in the “it fixes everything” kind of way. For me, the magic was that it does a bunch of stuff I spent most of my life thinking was impossible. It takes time and effort, but it’s so worth it.

Yeah, same for me, I don’t get that euphoric rush or the sense of peace people talk about. Honestly, that freaked me out for a while, but it really is just part of the infuriatingly accurate “everyone’s transition is different” thing. If OP is reading, know that you’re all good. HRT is still rad.
