I loved that song and video! And those wonderful eyes, so full of vulnerability and sadness. I'm currently watching her on old episodes of 'Arrested Development'. I'm not sure the world ever truly realised what a great artist Liza was.

Johnny Nash did cover a number of Bob's songs, so perhaps that's where the confusion lies. Either way, it's a glorious record!
