I think that the best way to define Charlie Kirk's killer's political motivations is "confused" – not because investigations are not closed, but objectively confused ideas. Maybe we should focus on keeping confused minds from shooting people instead of forcing neat political boxes

The irony of writing an op-ed about how we need more numbers about AI's energy usage... and getting publicly attacked by corporate greenwashers about the fact that the numbers I use are inaccurate.
I mean, yes, surely, but... the only way to prove that is by reporting them in the first place? 🤷

We are all worried about losing our jobs due to AI. But what should really scare us is losing our salary and income: I welcome AI to steal my job, particularly the boring parts; what I really don't want is employers stealing my salary

Deepseek has succeeded where other LLMs like Claude, Mistral, Gemini or Llama have failed: telling people that there are alternatives to ChatGPT. I think this is the big difference of Deepseek. Now we all know that LLMs are a bigger world than before.
