I know writers aren’t supposed to give reviews, but as a writer, I don’t accept this creative work. They should’ve hired a developmental editor to point out the fundamental structural flaws and than had beta readers review the narrative for disapproval.

The main difference between contemporary romance and fantasy with queer characters is it always felt like the fantasy with queer normative worlds just let the character have stories outside of their queer identities. They didn’t need to come out or justify their existence. It helped me feel “normal”

I love writing on my phone it helps me get more done or edit when I have a random idea pop up

I spent the last week with my family and they can be very loud. Which can be a lot when compounded by my myriad of health issues flaring up. But ultimately not conversing in real life just resets my brain. Then again, when I’m away from people too long, I miss it too.
