The GOP reps in Oregon did this same thing during spending bill legislation because they were outnumbered and couldn't get their way and called themselves "heroes." Now the GOP want to arrest Dem lawmakers who use the same tactics to defend democracy. Memo: The grand ol party are elephant turds.
