I also like how bb lets you throw people during blockstun or hitstun, just with a generous tech window. SMASH COULD TAKE NOTE

but really I prefer older games like melty or bb where you are pretty much always hittable and you can just air tech or delay ground tech or something

street fighter is especially bad about this, it's unbearable. how am I supposed to lab combos outside of brute force? I can't keep the juggle counter or whatever in my head. strive seems better about this, despite having so many types of hitstun you can usually hit the guy

one thing that really bothers me about traditional fighters is how opaque the juggle systems are, and how the games NEVER explain it. WHEN AM I ALLOWED TO HIT THE OTHER GUY
