I guess bodies are the current theme. A worksheet my son did at school. Glad to see these lessons taking place however, as a former “get all the answers right at school but not in real life” recovering perfectionist, I’m wondering will these discussions and worksheets shift society?

Claiming 2025 as the year of the Mom Bod. The Mom Bod is badass. She brought life into this world. She may be soft in the middle and confused about what jeans to wear but she's got the wit and wisdom of both siren and sage and its time we celebrate her and all mothers of this Earth.
