Non-Lakota speakers don't understand the complexities in translating Indigenous languages. English, Italian, French & Spanish are all based in Latin.

This is a Ukrainian news source, so not sure about the fact:propaganda ratio. Haven't found any corroboration independent of the Ukrainian source...that said, I find Ukraine to be much more reliable than Russia in these reports.
