I spent some time editing my discord, but I got up and oh my body is sore from cleaning🥹 it deals like I just went weight lifting and all I did was clean counters & sweep

I did also get my flu shot yesterday during doctors visit. Ive had at least 2 a month

Since I’ve been out, I’ve been getting more cramps in my legs, could be that I’ve also started physical therapy again but i didn’t get any the first time.
I’ve also been taking therapy a LOT slower than last time…

Yeah, I’m more upset that they told me to just call my doctors, when the paper says to call them
