A large building in the upper market area of Tokyo: many bright strips of light cover the front of a modern building - it looks like rain in neon form. A couple stand at the bottom of the frame in silhouettes. They are miniscule in the 9:16 format image. There is a glow to the lights from the filter. It is a light blue in color, almost sterile. A traffic light and highway sign which reads 'GINZA'. The light is yellow and is glowing. In the background are the rain-like neon light strips which are hazy with a light blue tint. A taxi waits at a rank. The silhouette of the drivers face can be seen. The lights from the previous building are reflecting strongly on the bonnet of the taxi. The light is piercing and sharp on the eyes. It has a blue tint.
