year 33 of ao3 being down. i am starting to lose hope it will come back at all. maybe the twelve will bless us with an update. but after 33 years it seems very unlikely. maybe another refresh is in order....

heck i have seen people literally make a video saying "yes i was wrong but I'm goingnto leave the old video up anyways because its getting a lot of views" thats how misinformation gets widely spread.

as someone else said the number of people that DON'T do that is outrageous. they either ignore the corrections and never address them or pretend it never happened in the first place.

in the 1930s the nazi leader hitler blaimed all their problems on jews. "get rid of jews and things will get better". now its literally "get rid of lgbtq+, get rid of non whites and get rid of nonchristians and everything will be perfect". much the same preaching. just more people to hate
