Sceptical optimist. Organised gypsy.
Suffering vertigo from rolling my eyes at the world right now.
Things that rock my world are the simple things- family, friends, travel, gardening, animals, photography, cooking, history and a good laugh.

Another thing I’ve done now, due to the new manager, is create an email folder for staff resignations.
This is possibly related to the other thing, which is to be more comfortable calling someone a c*nt

I just returned a mouldy cake to the supermarket and purchased some blue vein cheese in its place.

Sometimes I wish I had to power to vaporise.
Imagine as you will, but it’s rather lucky I don’t.

Bluesky’s cruelest behaviour is two part torture.
The most interesting post you’ve ever started to read becomes the one that disappears before you can finish reading it.
The kicker is that you can’t even be sure who posted it to find it again.

It’s a talent to be able to filter voices into the background.
One that I’m working on very intently.
Any tips?

Time saved today becomes the manky, petrified mud coffee cup of tomorrow.
It also takes twice the time to clean the dark marbled layer of dried coffee dregs.

Getting ready for work in semi darkness this morning I put my shirt on backwards.
Fixed that, but lucky I felt my shoulder before leaving the house because it was now inside out.
Anyway how’s your day going?

Tied my hair back with a cable tie today while I was gardening.
My Dad would have loved cable ties, I wish he’d lived to see them invented.

Which question should I ask my husband first?
-How was golf?
-Do you think my mulberry tree will recover from being mown to the ground?
(hint - I don’t really care about the golf)
