We can only hope that once the Mayor becomes PCC, the first act is to understand why there is a culture of TVP not caring about road violence or pavement parking.
Until that step is taken and addressed, we will never feel safe in our “cycling city”, let alone Oxfordshire.

Which raises the question, if you sat in the rear as the train arrives and stayed on the train when it reverses, at which point do you begin to breach the Conditions of Travel.
