Boiling has been the metaphor center to my mind recently. Frustrated? My brains boiling. Determined? My guts, boiling again. The meat of my heart is gonna get very tough if this continues. Bottled up emotions in the pressure cooker of my psyche.

I’m grateful for today. It was busy and challenging and effortful and teaching and positive. This little life of mine is good.
