The carbon tax should be one of many tools. Unfortunately, the current government has not been good at promoting the other initiatives.

China is hosting APEC in 2026, the same year that the USA is hosting the G20. Perhaps Canada should have offered up to host APEC in 2026 to wipe out our 30 yr drought.
