Tonight is a cold night, a dark one too I am currently sitting my college town at 8 o'clock at night on a Friday night with no plans and writing this while my cat sits next to me. I've had a strange epiphany that the reason I have had a sense of being unfulfilled (as mentioned in a previous blog) is not for the lack of a religious practice as my mother would have me to believe.

I am 22 years old, and I saw snow for the first time yesterday. I live in the deep south, I don't think I need to elaborate too much more on how that makes the first sentence so much more important. For 22 years I have yearned to play in the snow and be fully consumed in the magic that it snow.
