1. GOP has an unworkable pieced together coalition. Elon-DOGE branch and raw populist (tariffs, isolationist) JD Vance branch won't get along

2. GOP has very small majority in House (220-214) and Senate (53-47) this will lead to internecine battles

It's ugly, but it also provides an opening for Dems

Elon spending $225 M on the election, his flaunting his use of $ to buy control of gov't - provides opport'y for Dem's to make - taking out corrupt influence of money in politics - into a battle cry

but also that org's are often no longer acc'ly representing the priorities of constituencies whom they were assumed to be speaking for
