Kick the can down the road. Run up the national debt. Blame Democrats. Repeat.

As someone who works in the non-profit/research space, this scares the hell out of me. It should scare EVERYONE. This administration may look like a clown show (and in some respects, it is), but there are folks behind it that know exactly what they are doing.

And they still managed to blow it. I had such high hopes.

All of Trumps appointees are short on experience relevant to the roles they are being nominated for. This is what happened last time around too, but folks either don't remember or don't care. We're getting the government we deserve now.

The "establishment" hasn't destroyed America. Americans who lack critical thinking skills and have the memory of a jellyfish have ruined America. Now, we ALL are going to AGAIN be subjected to the whims of a narcissist and his unqualified sycophants for another 4 years. We're so fucked.

I'm heading out of the country for the holidays. Not interested in hearing about all of the self-serving reasons family members will no doubt proffer to justify giving Trump their vote.
