He's the 1st Cuban American to win the Heisman and he spoke Spanish to his grandparents in the audience when giving his thank you speech. And he plays for Indiana, where they won't further gerrymander the last 2 Dem House seats for Trump. Trump has to be mad about everything re: Fernando Mendoza!

Yes it is a mostly red state but it seems like it is changing- no thanks to the current criminal regime in the US criminal White House that tried to redistrict it
