All the Listeria outbreaks currently reminds me of 2014 Wawona Packing Company Listeria outbreak, major recall at Costco, Trader Joe's, and Walmart and after the investigation it was determined to have been a puddle near a doorway that caused it.

Without safety, we are all going to end up sick.
