While that might be the case I've never met anyone who has ever said they chose. Only people who said they tried to be something else, but couldn't. So, while you may have chose, understand that isn't true for the vast majority. We don't chose, or we would be something else.

I feel you have fundamentally misunderstood my words. In no way am I giving up on the now. To doing it down to a more understandable lever, they are to stupid and hateful to ever change, so, the only option left is craft a world they are forced to hide their bigotry, therefore have less influence.

We make sure that the discovery of those values has distinct and swift socal ramifications, and wile we can do nothing about this generation, future generations may have hope as it fades for popularity and acceptability.

Because it's not a choice. If it was I would have chosen to be straight at a kid so I didn't get hurt for being "abhorrent" and "an abomination" just for being g obviously queer. It's never been a choice.

No, we don't. Tolerance of the intolerant breeds nothing but the intolerant. We tried acceptance and education, it failed. It's time for harder tactics and strong pushback of everything they stand for.
