Weenie (the person who runs the Google balls account) went a bit crazy and revived this, then ported it to like everything, then me and like 8 others got on board and now it's gone viral.

It's a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) that simulates a quantum computer, not very efficiently, but enough to get a few usable QBits.
