It is why programmes like our Government's VALOUR scheme, which is improving how veterans access support across the country, are so important, especially here in the East of England.

It will mean more patrols, quicker action against offenders and real support for local shops will make a big difference here.
Everyone should feel safe when they shop or go out, and I am proud to back a Government that is ending years of neglect and putting towns like Ipswich first.

I pay tribute to Ivan who, despite the immense challenges he has to live with, has campaigned tirelessly.
