I’m undergrad in law in the UK. I have had my fair share of case reading. I feel doing it for fun is a bit on the nose 😂

I can’t say I’m familiar enough with the case to comment. However, lawyers of that calibre aren’t just legal experts. It could be to separate him very clearly from the company (who is more likely to be their client) or to present him in a very different light

Can’t imagine it would be the first time in which a client doesn’t listen to or like the advice 😅
