To be fair, Leto was barely in any of the marketing for Haunted Mansion, which failed more because it came out amidst the writers and actors strikes, had a weird release window for what’s a Halloween movie, poor word of mouth, and had competition like Barbenheimer at the time

Spider-Man at least has a movie coming out a few months later so it could be like Ant-Man not showing up in IW but in Endgame. And who knows what they are doing with the rest of the characters since other films in Phase 6 have barely been announced but yeah we will see
