SCOTUS ruled the Federal District judges do not have the jurisdiction to make national injunctions to stymie national immigration policy. Your response is out of context of the discussion. You're not wrong about what you are saying in certain cases.

District courts do not have jurisdiction over the nation. They cannot overrule the Executive nor the SCOTUS. That's the point.
