Didn’t know you were part Québécois - my mom’s family migrated from Québec City down to Vermont and were/are farmers, machinists, IT people, etc. When I lived in Derby, VT I went to family gatherings where the LeBreque/Dane/Chauquette family members from PQ refused to speak English. Fun times.

Unrelated note - I do know the difference between it’s an its but apparently iOS does not…and I just learned there’s no edit function in Bluesky. 🤷🏻

Well, I understand and obviously hate this for you and everyone else. I hope it either ends quickly with a good outcome or drags on and we all have to suffer to effect some real change. Either way I’m just going to live my life and hope the paychecks roll in.

Some of the prep can be done a few days in advance; they often fail to mention that. If you have a vacuum sealer, you can prepare fresh and freeze then thaw/sous vide.

I also got the NACS to J1776 adapter, because nearly all of the Tesla L2 “destination” chargers are free. I’m constantly surprised how many L2 chargers are just plopped down in random places and you’d never know unless you used an app like Way or ChargeHub to find them.
