For those of you saying why is Blake Lively just now filing a lawsuit and why did she only file a complaint before if she’s not lying? She legally had to file the complaint before she filed a lawsuit. She planned on suing for awhile most likely. This is not a gotcha Blake!

People ask constantly why women don’t report work place harassment sooner. Well go look at the comments towards Blake Lively on social media and then look at the comments towards Justin Baldoni. The contrast is what women face when they speak up on a daily basis.
