Ciaran and Kayla completed their sponsored swim at the weekend.

Kayla swam 15K (600 lengths) in 7hours 30 minutes.
Ciaran swam 2.5K (100 lengths) in 1 hour 40!

Ironically, just 3 days after Ciaran and Kayla's sponsored swim last year I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

They are both challenging themselves this year to raise money for Cancer charities this year.
