This feels like a coordinated social media bot attack because I have never once said I wanted him to be the Democratic candidate. I'm fighting the argument that he would be as bad as Trump/Vance/Trump Jr.

Well you know who decides on the nominee? Voters! So if most people in that party want him - don't you owe it to vote for him in a general election against a republican?

I don't think arguing with an avi on bluesky has much of an outcome, I'm trying to defeat the argument that he's the same thing as a third trump term. but you clearly think that's the case.

I don't follow your first point. I'm trying to argue that saying you'd never vote for him (even in the general election) is wrong and hurts the country. I won't be voting for him in the primary!

I don't like Gavin Newsom either. You're not understanding my point. If he ends up being the nominee for the Democrats when Don is running again in '28 you better fucking believe you're morally obligated to advocate for Gav.
