I too was surprised.

It means there is a world where he knows about Augsburg vs Heidenheim.

I was doubtful about Haris Tabakovic joining Gladbach in the summer.

But, it is safe to say, I was wrong.

He is basically in the form of his life and on track to best his 22 goals with Hertha.

Will be interesting to see how Polanski uses him and Kleindienst.

Man City go to the English school of tifo making

‘Don’t these times fill your eyes’

A Stone Roses reference (allegedly, I had to Google this)

Leverkusen’s XI

A lot of young players as there are a lot of injuries.

(8 players u19, plus Maza and Belocian who are 20)

Greetings from Manchester for Man City vs Bayer Leverkusen for @getfootballnewsgermany.com

There was liquorice as the choice of sweets - which tells you the type of evening this is going to be.

(This was my first (and last) time trying liquorice)

It was meant to start an hour ago

They aren’t even here yet

Leverkusen play Man City in the UCL (which I will be at for @getfootballnewsgermany.com)

So here is the chance to plug the latest episode with some tasteful clips about Leverkusen’s tragic losses

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Dominik Kohr is the player sent off the most times in the history of the league (once updated)

He is also 3 points off becoming the dirtiest player ever.

01/02 - Leverkusen throw away a 5 point lead in the final 3 games to allow Dortmund to win the league. (B04 go on to lose Pokal and UCL final.)
22/23 - Dortmund have to beat nothing to play for Mainz to win the league. They draw 2-2.
November 18, 2025 at 8:49 PM
99/00 - Wunder von Haching (Leverkusen lose to Unterhaching, Bayern win, B04 lose the title on goal difference)
00/01 - 6 Minuten Meister (Schalke are champs for 6 minutes before Bayern score from an indirect free kick)
November 18, 2025 at 8:49 PM
85/86 - Bremen lose to Stuttgart while Bayern beat Gladbach to win the title on goal difference. (Bremen had been top for all but 3 games)
91/92 - Guido Buchwald scores to lead Stuttgart to the title, overtaking Dortmund and Frankfurt on the final day.
November 18, 2025 at 8:49 PM
The Bundesliga is the best league for final day drama at the top:

77/78 - Gladbach beat Dortmund 12-0 to try and close the goal difference gap on Köln (they would lose by 3 goals)
82/83 - Stuttgart, HSV and Gladbach all level on points. Stuttgart win on goal difference.

Poorly Explained Bundesliga is now canon in the Bundesliga cinematic universe.

I’ll be honest, I’m a sicko

I see Dortmund vs Mainz, May 27th, 2023 and I get a hit out of it.

Watching the highlights, makes me feeling something.
