I've voted green in the past, I generally vote lib dem, who have also had wonky graphs.
In this particular case though it's incredibly misleading, and comes across as either incompetently stupid, or thinking the electorate are stupid.

My favourite poor statistic last week was the green's Sussex mayoral candidacy leaflet. Apparently the percentage increase in number of members across England equals most total votes in Sussex.

I've always thought politicians use totals to make them an issue look bigger, and percentages to make them look smaller. Rather than using them appropriately.
