After the ‘not every game is a game for Palhinha and Bentancur’ discussion of last weekend, this was a game for both of them and they were very good. Also impressed with Tel and Odobert, a lot rests on their development this year.

Much better from Spurs. Improved technical level with the ball, less predictable. Kudus very good. Not perfect overall, conceded chances but definitely a step in right direction. Would definitely have lost that game last season.

What if Porro just chipping it down the line towards Kudus is… good?

🙃 Awful first half as Bodo batter Spurs
🤦‍♂️ Even worse second half featuring mad 15 minutes of self sabotage
⚽️ Bizarre own goal rescues a point

Watching Spurs at the moment I just think: they're trying to bring in (another) new style of play with (another) patchy half-fit squad. It's a big ask and will require a lot of work. I don't think it's going to be pretty any time soon.
jackpittbrooke.bsky.social
Well, bad performance, good fightback, very good point. Lots of issues with how they played (so open on the break!), didn't come to term with conditions/opposition. Need players to get fit, in midfield and up front. But 4 pts from two games not bad.

Pretty bad from Tottenham. Couldn't get a foothold in the game and got worse as it went on. Bodo/Glimt miles better than they were against Spurs six months ago. Should be a few goals up.
