I really hope Ty Simpson goes back to school. He has flashed at times this season but needs more seasoning.

NFL teams really need to get more comfortable taking their stars out in blowouts.

I get that there’s aren’t a lot of opportunities to get players live, in-game reps, but it isn’t worth risking the long-term health of top-tier guys for a handful of developmental reps.

The Dolphins are just so hard to watch right now. Nothing is working and they keep making critical mistakes.

A lot of blame to go around, but this whole situation needs to be overhauled.

Brian Callahan went 4-19 across his tenure with the Titans, good for just a .174 winning percentage.

Only nine coaches have coached in at least 20 NFL games and posted a worse winning percentage than Callahan, according to my research.

Baffling that the Jets didn’t at least attempt a Hail Mary at the end of the half when the Broncos didn’t call timeout.

Pretty crazy the Jets are down just 4 after how badly they played on offense.

The UFL is set to debut three new teams in 2026: the Columbus Aviators, Louisville Kings and Orlando Storm.

Really nice to see Mac Jones looking sharp tonight. He looks very comfortable and is in a great rhythm.

Just goes to show how important it is to have quality coaching that can build a system to help get the most out of a QB!

Matt LaFleur has many baffling, late-game, red-zone decisions during his time with the Packers.

Green Bay’s clock management to end tonight’s game, along with playing for the tie, are up there among the strangest.

The Lions lost a lot of coaching talent during the offseason, but it looks like Dan Campbell made the right moves tapping John Morton and Kelvin Sheppard for the coordinator roles.

Stellar showing from the Lions.

Strange but true: Cowboys WR George Pickens has posted the exact same stat line in back-to-back games.

- 9 targets
- 5 catches
- 68 yards
- 1 TD

The Packers are just two games into their 2025 season, but they’re already showing the signs of being a legitimate contender.

Here’s why Green Bay is emerging as the Eagles’ top challenger in the NFC. www.usatoday.com/story/sports...
How Micah Parsons, Jordan Love are making Packers NFC's biggest threat to Eagles
The Packers' performance through two weeks in 2025 is that of a true Super Bowl contender and should be enough to make the Eagles sweat.

Brian Schottenheimer debuted as the Cowboys coach Thursday. He fared well despite a close loss to the reigning Super Bowl champion Eagles.

The Celtics shed some long-term salary for Simons, who is on an expiring deal. If he does well in his one-year trial, the C’s can try to extend him.

I like the potential long-term fit of Simons in Boston, so not a bad return for Holiday.

BREAKING: The Boston Celtics have traded Jrue Holiday to the Portland Trail Blazers for Anfernee Simons and two second-round picks, sources tell ESPN.

Jordan Ta’amu had a record-breaking performance in the UFL championship game.

His teammates, particularly tight end Briley Moore, were thrilled he won the game’s MVP after missing out on the league’s regular season award.

I am at the UFL championship game this weekend! I’ve been speaking to many of the players about why they are playing in and what they enjoy about the spring league.

I REALLY like Kyle Williams’ fit with the Patriots. He adds some speed and deep separation skills to an offense that desperately needs it.

Proud of how the final mock did this year. In total:

- 10 correct player/team matches
- 8 correct draft slots
- 28 of 32 players mocked selected in Round 1

Always room for improvement, but in an unpredictable year, I am happy with these results!
A tradition like no other: My final mock draft of the 2025 is here.

As always, I will update this with the latest news, rumors and notes ahead of the draft, and some picks will be subject to change. Keep checking back until it reaches its final form!

Josh McDaniels hasn’t been a good head coach, but he has always gotten the most out of quarterbacks as an offensive coordinator.

Good move for Mike Vrabel and the Patriots!

The Vikings scored just 9 points in back-to-back games to close the NFL season. Both were marquee contests, one with playoff implications and the other an actual playoff game.

A disappointing finish, to say the least, but O’Connell’s squad will learn from this.

The Ravens have now beaten the Steelers in back-to-back games by margins of 17 and 14 points.

The last time a team in the Pittsburgh-Baltimore rivalry won consecutive games by double digits was when the Ravens did so in 2006.

A rare achievement for Lamar Jackson’s squad!
