I fixed it. It was the cable.

DJI Mic 3 is also a no go, it can't even handle being near my Quest Pro when it is powered on. Time to return it I guess.

So I think I just have to buy a new mic. My modmic is just not a fan of being near FluxPose. Hollyland Lark m2 can handle it, but of the full videos I've recorded with it I haven't necessarily been the biggest fan of how it sounds.

Damn this would go hard if it didn't look like it was shot on a 3ds. Idk why it's so grainy, don't record B-roll while drunk I guess
