Somehow this is the first thing that’s actually surprised me from our current ongoing national insanity.
I’ve been hearing good things about Apple Maps, so deleted google maps to give it a try. Unless Tim Apple loses his mind too I guess. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

@daviddylanthomas.bsky.social is an incredibly insightful speaker and this is a topic that’s even more important given the current political climate. I’m excited he’s offered to run this workshop at @theiaconf.bsky.social this year and I’m really looking forward to his session!
What if we could use design to mitigate bias—or even leverage it for good?
Join David Dylan Thomas, author of “Design for Cognitive Bias” and host of The Cognitive Bias Podcast, at #IAC25 for his workshop: “Inclusive Design: Building a Bias-Informed Practice.”

I just realized that the shift to digital music has meant losing special or hidden tracks on albums and that’s a bummer.

One thing Twitter has reinforced for me is that good things don’t necessarily stay good, especially when they’re massively popular.
Makes me appreciate scrolling my feed here even more now. I really needed a digital breath of fresh air now.
