Why can't Biden just pull an FDR and go around Congress? Can we not still use the lend-lease act? Can we just "store" 1000 Abrams tanks and 500 Bradley IFVs in Zelenskie driveway with the keys in it? As an American taxpayer, I would gladly see dollars burn more than people.
