Judge orders release of 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos and his father from ICE detention
A 5-year-old boy and his father must be released by Tuesday from the Texas center where they’ve been held after being detained by immigration officers in Minnesota, a federal judge ordered Saturday.

A judge rightly ruled ICE snatching a child & his dad without due process is unconstitutional. I don’t oppose law enforcement, I oppose masked agents, poor training, no warrants, no probable cause, & ignoring due process. The Constitution matters & so does human decency!

This whole mess in MN isn’t random y’all…it’s purposeful escalation to provoke violence so the regime can justify deploying the military via the Insurrection Act. The ICE invasion in MN & elsewhere must end! Those responsible must be investigated, impeached (if applicable), & prosecuted.

He was a U.S. citizen, lawful gun owner (with a permit) & video shows him being surrounded, beaten (as this happens he’s separated from his gun, but he never brandished nor pulled it)…and then was summarily executed in the street in front of many witnesses.
