They also rarely understand that Freedom of Speech does not impose an obligation on others to listen!
I've said many times that outside of traditionally public fora you might have freedom of speech but noone has an obligation to provide you with a platform for said speech

big sky is a great resort enjoy al the amazing slopes you have now graduated to! Skiied there over a decade ago pre transition - probably won't be back for a while tho 😉

It's more because people weren't recognising trans as an adjective and trying to create the idea that "transpeople" are something separate from "people".
It's an othering technique so using the space is preferred to make it clear we are referring to "people who happen to be trans".

One thing I've observed is that people think this is the end for bathroom use etc. But @robinmoirawhite.bsky.social please correct me if I am mistaken nothing in law _requires_ the provision of single sex spaces, we can segregate by gender and define that more broadly for example ?
