Except that SCOTUS made him immune from being charged for any crimes committed while conducting "official" duties, and never defined what "official" duties are.

a Military tribunal is a Court Martial, - only pertains to active military. (Mark Kelly is being threatened by that for reminding the military not to follow illegal orders)but they have to reenlist him to do that. Congressional investigations have already begun.A military coup is definitely illegal
