I have seen artists posting their OCs consenting people to "draw them (the OCs) getting f***ed". My question is, only literally, or figuratively is accepted as well? Example of figuratively: facing this board while at 8 life points out of 20.

Indeed. In #NewPantyandStockingWithGarterbelt, it is called Magic, players have 20 life points, and the Blue Eyes White Uncle reminds one of the old card for Chromium (full name Chromium Rhuell). Yet, like Yu-Gi-Oh, creatures with exorbitant base power and no mana system.
